It is not a big issue for the French or the West, and probably this is funded by the respective governments as well to get an idea of the reaction of Sri Lankan goverment & public. This is done as part of something bigger they are planning for Sri Lanka with the help of the Sri Lankan boot-lickers overseas partly funded by LTTE blood money.

It is a big issue when ruthless, demonic terrorist gangs resort to nefarious activities to collect money by any means to fulfill their dreams. In this instance it can be postage stamps of high value. When hundreds of thousands of stamps are printed it will not be easy to forget, when the picture of a megalomaniac terrorist venerated by equally moronic pro-LTTE rump, collects money by false pretext. The whole world knows that LTTE is a banned terrorist organisation, hell bent on killing and destroying life, limb and property even their own people. These terrorists can sell stamps and buy arms for another uprising. So it is much better to cut off the shoot before it’s tentacles go in all directions. France should beware of these ruthless, insane terrorists.

This is not a big issue. In EU, they can print stamps of terrorist organizations that killed people in other countries (Not in EU or USA), they can give money to such organizations, can sell weapons to such organizations by mistake. No problem. All are by mistake. Only thing is that the affected countries are supposed to keep their mouths shut and accept the mistake but not to kill any terrorist. Then it is a violation of human rights. Only EU and USA can go to another country and kill innocent people and rename them as terrorists. So what is printing of stamps !!! Just a peanut. Forget it!
