Ticketing Service Fees in Overseas Regions
The Japan Airlines has implemented Ticketing Service Fees for International Ticket transactions carried out at Japan Airlines Reservations Centers, and Ticketing and Airport Counters in overseas regions.

(*1)For new ticket issue with only domestic flights(including oneworld Yokoso/Visit JAPAN Fares) , USD10(CAD10) at reservation center and USD20(CAD20) at city/airport counter applies.
(*2)For oneworld Yokoso/Visit JAPAN Fares, 12Euro(10 Pound/19 Swiss Franc) applies.
(*3)In North America·Central/South America and Asia·Oceania regions, Ticketing Service Fee will apply from the 1st of October, 2009. However, for Reissue/Exchange, tickets issued on/after the 1st of September, 2009 will be subject to the Ticketing Service Fee from the 1st of October, 2009. In Hong Kong, a Local Service Fee(HKD300) applies for ticketing necessitated by an amendment of the ticket issued by other airline. However this Local Service Fee will be terminated on/after the 1st of October, 2009.
(*4)Ticketing Service Fee will apply from 19 January,2010.
For new ticket issue with only domestic flights(including oneworld Yokoso/Visit JAPAN Fares), USD20 will apply.
1.Reissue and Exchange can not be carried out through the Japan Airlines home page.
2. Ticketing Service Fee does not apply for the following tickets.
·Award Tickets
·Tickets for infants not occupying a seat
3. Ticketing Service Fee is assessed for each ticket.
4. No child discount applies.
5. Ticketing Service Fee applies to Exchange or Reissue in addition to any rebooking fee required by the fare rule of the ticket.
6. Ticketing Service Fee will be converted into the currency of payment by using the Bank Selling Rate effective at the time of transaction.
7. At JAL airport counters, where other company’s handle the ticketing on behalf of JAL, application of fees are determined based on that company’s policy. Therefore above ticketing service fee may not apply.
