The Federal Reserve Board on Monday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between Highland Bancshares, Inc., St. Michael, Minnesota, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis.

A copy of the Written Agreement can be found on the Federal Reserve Government website.
